Return & Exchange Policy – Charmia



Charmia is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, the following terms and conditions apply:





1. Return & Exchange Period



Customers may request a return or exchange within two (2) days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.





2. Eligibility Conditions



To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:


  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration






3. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, Charmia must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting evidence (such as clear photos) must be provided.

In such cases, Charmia will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.





4. Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Used items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)






5. Shipping Fees



  • If the return or exchange is not due to a defect or error, the customer shall bear all shipping costs
  • If the issue is due to an error by Charmia, all related costs will be covered by Charmia






6. Refund Policy



Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
