• Out-of-stock items (Pre-orders):
Orders placed via direct message will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks

For pre-order items, customers may choose one of the following payment options:
• Full payment in advance, or
• Partial payment (deposit), with the remaining balance to be paid prior to shipment/delivery
All deposits are non-refundable, as pre-order items are specifically sourced upon request.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered until full payment has been received.
