These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Charmia’s website and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.





1. General



Charmia is an online business specializing in small accessories such as keychains, charms, and mini bags.

All products are sold subject to availability and acceptance of orders.


Charmia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.





2. Orders & Acceptance



  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability
  • Charmia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order






3. Pricing & Payment



  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment is required to confirm orders, except for approved pre-orders
  • For pre-orders:
    • Customers may pay in full or place a non-refundable deposit
    • Remaining balance must be paid before delivery



Charmia reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.





4. Shipping & Delivery



  • Delivery is currently available within Kuwait only
  • Delivery timelines:
    • In-stock items: same day up to 3 business days
    • Pre-orders: 1 to 2 weeks



Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.





5. Returns & Exchanges



  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging



Charmia reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.





6. Pre-Orders & Cancellations



  • Pre-orders are processed upon confirmation
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed






7. Limitation of Liability



Charmia shall not be held liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Customer errors in provided information






8. Intellectual Property



All content, including images, branding, and designs, are the property of Charmia and may not be used without permission.





9. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection



  • Any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in the State of Kuwait
  • Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks after receiving the product in acceptable condition
  • In case of a dispute, Charmia reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, transaction records, and communication history to the payment provider
  • Abuse of refund or chargeback processes may result in refusal of future orders






10. Governing Law



These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
